We offer a range of car detailing services, including but not limited to:

Services are performed as described at the time of booking, but may be adjusted based on vehicle condition and customer preferences.
3. Booking and Payment

Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Vehicle Condition

Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., pet hair, mold, biohazards) may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse service for health or safety reasons.
7. Liability

We take great care in servicing your vehicle, but are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, etc.)

Mechanical issues unrelated to our services

Damage resulting from aftermarket parts, old or failing materials

Customers accept all risk for any damage caused by vehicle modifications.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.
9. Weather Policy
Mobile services are subject to weather conditions. If we determine the weather is unsafe or unsuitable for detailing, we may reschedule your appointment at no cost.
10. Privacy
Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal data.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
